It is common to wonder whether what you are dealing with is “serious enough” to seek help. Many people reach out when daily life gradually feels heavier - less energy, more worry, reduced enjoyment, or a sense of being stuck.
I offer therapy for adults in private practice in central Oslo, in a calm and professional setting with clear structure and realistic goals.
When therapy can be helpful

First session: what to expect
In the first session, we usually:
- clarify what you are struggling with right now
- define what matters most for you to work on first
- agree on a safe, realistic next step
You do not need a perfect explanation before starting. It is enough to show up as you are.
